②Points of caution when you enter the port
The depth of water of Marina gateway sometimes becomes very shallow due to accumulation of sand. Be sure to call us and check the condition of it before you sail into the port.
③Procedures for use
After you sail into the port, go through the procedures and pay charge at the office of administration building on the first floor. When you come to our office, bring the shipping check document, please.
You could pay only in cash. For further information, look at the price list, please.
④ About refueling
We don’t have refueling equipment. We ask some filling stations to refuel your ship so that tell us the date and time when you want to refuel, the quantity that you need, a tax exemption in advance, please. We accept a reservation.(Refueling on Sundays and national holidays may not be accepted due to filling stations conditions so that tell us early, please.)
⑤ About mooring fee reduction
We reduce mooring fees when you apply to below.
engine trouble
in an emergency(for example, emergency patients or the injured)
a week before and after an official meet(This is limited to ships that participate in it.)
⑥ About administration building
Office hours
April to October → 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
November to March → 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Night restroom
It’s on the second floor of the administration building. Go up the stairs outside, please. This is available 24 hours.
※ If you want to use the following things, come to the office of the administration building on the first floor, please.
Heated shower
You can use it for 126 yen per person.
We accept your registration up to an hour before closing.
Tricycles
You can use them for free.
Feel free to ask about neighborhood of us(sightseeing, meal, preparing for cruising)
